This season we will features a diverse selection of wines specially paired with artisanal cheeses, specialty jams, gourmet mustards, assorted nuts and an array of locally baked breads. Eco Elegance Wine Tasting Series
In honor of our own green lady America 2.0 and Lady Liberty this
tasting series will feature wines that are organic, biodynamic or
grown using sustainable agricultural methods. Learn the basics of
green wine production, the art of taste and evaluating as well as
exploring the appropriate cheese pairings for each wine. The regions
of France, Austria, Spain, USA and more will be explored as we sip,
sniff, swirl and sail the NYC harbor!
